Hi All,

Can you provide details on Integration with JIRA (videos are too olds) and also Orchestrations with AD ,others also.

HI Gaurav,

I have added your suggestions to our list. Thank you.

Hi Chuck,

Curious if along w/JIRA we/you could possibly add 3rd party Reporting/PA/BI tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Incorta, Oracle, etc) and ways of gathering insight from multiple domains or BU's while retaining or enforcing security and/or access controls?

(Thought here is organizational need for increased transparency across growing complexity of business and/or architecture layers while maintaining proper controls and ability to delight customers (internal/external)).

Or maybe this could be or needs to be its own segment/episode?

Cheers,

James

Hi James,

Thanks for the info... We do have an upcoming episode planned on PA. Watch the TechNow Episode List for more info...

I don't see us getting in to things like Tableau, etc. To export all your data to a third party app means that you would have to export not only the data but the security info that goes along with that and apply it somehow. I'm not sure we'll be able to cover that any time soon. A big of the value of ServiceNow Performance Analytics is that it's on the same database (in platform) so the security is built in with the data and it's live data you can drill in to.
