Ask the Experts ServiceNow

The logical follow on from episodes 42 and 43 on reporting is to go to Performance Analytics with Dan Kane. Even if you're not using PA today, you can still start the data collector and gather information for the out-of-the-box indicators and breakdowns. As a ServiceNow System Administrator, Dan provides you with the information to feel comfortable getting started with the very powerful feature.

Quick tip: Chuck shows us some concepts he learned in his early days of using Flow Designer

Hi Chuck,

Is there any way out so I can make list view to refresh automatically?

eg. I want after every 10 mins my incident list to be get auto refresh and bulk of new incidents needs to populates

Hi Mahesh,

If you need dynamic lists, you can get that with List v3. Go to System Definition> Plugins and activate the List v3 plugin. Logout/login and you'll have (most) lists working with the new list format. Updates to records are reflected on the lists in near real-time.
